There is always a scouting fishing day for the Boy Scouts. Since both of my children are in the program we went out to a local park and fished with our troop. Grace caught her very first fish ever! It was a pretty good sized one too.
Glen did not catch any fish but we got to see a lot of turtles, we saw fish, and we got really good at casting the fishing line out into the pond.
