It is a beautiful day. The leaves are changing colors. I had the opportunity to ride the capital trail with my 2 kids. Glen needed to ride 50 miles to finish his cycling merit badge, and today was a good day to complete that.
Glen says it was very tiring but worth it.
Grace says it was really fun! (this was her second time doing the trail)
