Shrek

We went to see Shrek Jr. at Thomas Harrison Middle School.  They always do such a good job with their musicals!  It was a fantastic show and even better because the kids knew the story and really got into the music and dancing (and farting!).  

After the show they could have their picture taken with cast memebers.  The only one they both wanted was a picture with dragon.  So here is Grace and Glen with the Dragon from Shrek.

Snow Fun

We had about two good snowfalls this past year.  Grace and Glen had a great time enjoying every minute of them.

Grace had a good time building a snowman.  She used daffodils for eyes so you can tell that it was a very late season snowfall.

 They had a great time sledding.  This was the first time that the kids (mainly Glen) was able to go down the hill and pull his sled up after him when he came up.  So I did not have to go back and forth up the hill.

 This information did not however stop Grace from trying to pull him up the hill.  It did not work, but it was a nice try.

 They love the snow!

They were sledding so long and I just sat and tried to stay warm.  It was wonderful!
